Detailed Description

Legacy IP test dialog.

This would, ideally, test the connection to some sort of master game server. What would that server do? Not a clue!

This is yet another example of a young lad not knowing anything about game development and trying to cobble together features that were all about looks but actually don't mean or do anything at all.
